Meditation is a great way to relax, connect spiritually and help balance your Chakra system. But many people struggle with quieting their mind and being mindful and present. This class will assist you with those techniques and help you understand the benefits of this ancient practice such as:

Classes include a reference guide, instruction on proper posture, guided meditation, and suggestions for setting up your own sacred space. Class size is limited to 20 participants and must be paid in advance to ensure an available spot. No prerequisite required.
For your class, you will need:
A meditation cushion, yoga mat, or thick blanket to sit on (several mats are available for use)
Comfortable, loose fitting clothing
For your best experience, please refrain from smoking, drinking alcohol, and caffeine for 24 hours prior to class. A light, healthy meal is recommended several hours before class as well.
